Got a wild idea? We build for service members — not the brass, not shareholders. If it's good, it ships.

Schriever SFB runs the GPS constellation — the literal navigation backbone of modern civilization — from a base on the Colorado prairie that looks like a particularly well-funded office park that someone plopped down in the middle of grassland and forgot to connect to anything interesting. Every Uber, every Google Maps pin, every DoorDash delivery, every 'recalculating' that ruined someone's road trip is partially your fault. You operate the system that the entire world depends on and most people think is just satellites that exist by magic. The base is surrounded by prairie grass and existential purpose — there's something philosophical about controlling 31 satellites from a building that looks like a suburban dentist's office. Colorado Springs is 15 miles away with Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, and a craft beer scene that's quietly world-class. The altitude will wreck your run times. The Space Force branding is still new enough that your dress uniform gets questions at the airport. Tell people what you do at parties. Watch their brains buffer, crash, and reboot. Then they'll ask if you've seen aliens. You haven't. But you can't say that convincingly anymore because the classified briefings have made you weird about the question.
